T G D A  P A C

The TGDA PAC is a formal Political Action Committee approved by the Texas Ethics Commission and operated by the TGDA Board of Directors. It was established for the purpose of helping elect candidates to the Texas Legislature who support the Texas firearms industry.

By law, corporate funds cannot be accepted as contributions to the TGDA PAC. Contributions must be in the form of a personal check, or a check from an unincorporated business, i.e., unincorporated company (dba), sole proprietorship, or limited partnership (as long as no partner is incorporated). Also, contributions to a PAC are not tax deductible as a personal or business expense for IRS purposes.
